Maison de Rosée offers a Free Product Program that allows eligible customers to receive complimentary skincare products in exchange for sharing content about their experience with our brand and products. Please read these terms carefully.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Free Product Program allows eligible customers to receive complimentary Maison de Rosée skincare products for up to two years from the date of purchase, subject to participation and compliance with these terms.

Participation in the program is optional, but free products are provided only in exchange for content creation and sharing, not solely for purchase.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Free Product Program, you must:

Purchase a qualifying Maison de Rosée product
Agree to these Free Product Program Terms
Have an active social media account (such as TikTok or Instagram)
Be willing to create and share honest content featuring Maison de Rosée products and/or brand

Maison de Rosée reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its discretion.

3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

To receive complimentary products, participants agree to:

Share authentic, honest content about their experience using Maison de Rosée products
Post content on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or similar
Clearly feature the product and/or reference Maison de Rosée
Tag Maison de Rosée’s official account and follow any reasonable posting instructions provided
Comply with FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., #gifted, #ad)

Specific content guidelines, timing, or submission instructions may be communicated after purchase.

4. CONTENT GUIDELINES

All content must:

Be original and truthful
Avoid false, misleading, or medical claims
Comply with social platform rules and applicable laws
Align with Maison de Rosée’s brand values (self-care, botanical inspiration, luxury skincare)

Maison de Rosée does not require positive reviews, only honest ones.

5. FREE PRODUCT DETAILS

Complimentary products are provided based on new product launches, availability, and active participation
Products are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule
The Free Product Program may include some or all new products released during the program period
The program is valid for 2-3 years depending on when the purchase was made, unless ended earlier

6. CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS

By participating in the Free Product Program, you grant Maison de Rosée a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, edit, and display any content you create or share that features Maison de Rosée or its products for marketing purposes, including social media, website, email, and advertising, with or without attribution.

You retain ownership of your original content.

7. TERMINATION & PROGRAM CHANGES

Maison de Rosée reserves the right to:

Modify, pause, or discontinue the Free Product Program at any time
Remove participants who fail to meet participation requirements
End the program due to business, operational, or legal reasons

Termination of the program does not affect the original purchased product.

8. NO REFUNDS RELATED TO PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

Failure or refusal to participate in content sharing does not qualify for a refund, as the purchased product itself is delivered as described. Complimentary products are a bonus benefit tied to participation.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maison de Rosée is not responsible for platform outages, account issues, or content removal by third-party social platforms that may affect participation
