At Maison de Rosée, we aim to ship every order with care and intention.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, launches, or special campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order thoughtfully.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.


Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered on select promotions or products as noted at the time of purchase.

For future “free skincare” fulfillment, customers are responsible for applicable shipping fees unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Maison de Rosée is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
